A ciseog, a shallow potato basket used for straining and serving potatoes. Typically 400mm diameter, 100mm deep.

A D-shaped creel, known as a Tuam Pardog , from Galway.

This potato basket is slightly bigger, at 450mm diameter, and 150mm deep

An oval basket for a medium sized dog, typically 1m x 600mm x 300mm

This square ‘picnic' basket was commissioned by the Golden Eagle Project at Glenveagh National Park , and is used to carry the golden eagle chicks from the remote Scottish Highlands, to re-populate Donegal.
